🐾 Truitt Bark Park, 1818 Q St.
Looking for a puppy photo op? Take your dog by their colorful, multi-patterned, 7-ft “Bark” sculpture that makes this park so popular. Enjoy two separate play areas for large and small dogs on a decomposed granite surface with water fountains + seating for owners. Note: Limit of two dogs per owner, per visit. 🐾 North Natomas Regional Dog Park, 2501 New Market Dr.
More than just a playground, this dog park borders on state-of-the-art for its canine agility + exercise course on turf along with dog wash faucets and fire hydrant spray feature. Larger breeds can enjoy two acres of the park — and a considerably-sized splash pool in the summer — with a separate half acre for smaller dogs. Pet parents can watch their pups from the protective shade canopies in any weather and enjoy amenities like bike paths, baseball fields, playground + water spray area, a lake, and the Farmer’s Market.
🐾 Power Inn Dog Park, 8200 Ramona Ave.
Knock out two birds with one stone at this park that’s perfect for the entire family. Amenities for dogs include a grass and dirt off-leash area to play for both large and small dogs, with an optional area for small breeds. Your furry companion can cool off in the summer heat with water sprinklers, swimming pools + a fountain. Neighboring the park is a soccer field, skate park, and multi-purpose fields for the kids.
🐾 Partner Dog Park, 5699 S. Land Park Dr.
With over two acres of rolling hills for dogs to frolic around in, this park is perfect for letting your pup expend their energy, meet other playmates, or even get some alone time away. Because of the park’s major hills, owners should plan to move with their dogs to keep eyes on them, especially those who have small dogs since the wrought iron fence has openings they could slip through.
